Sir I suggest that to cut down expenditure of government through generating income from unutilised sources like i would give one example : There are government school with play ground facility which can not utilised after school hours that is after 5:00 P.M. sir after can we let out these school ground after school hours to consumer co op socities to sell their product like vegitables and fruits on this ground to the people of that perticular area and take monthly charge from this societies.

Freedom fighters : Freedom fighters enjoy certain benefits like monthly pension, free Train journey, quota in reservation etc. We got independence 67 years ago. Taking into account average life expectancy, no genuine freedom fighter must be alive as of today. Hence Govt. has to take a hard decision to withdraw these benefits.

NEEDS TO PUT INDIA ON DIGITAL MODE TO FAST TRACK THE ECONOMIC TRANSACTION ON INTERNATIONAL FORUM, SINGLE WINDOW GOVERNANCE & NOT MULTIPLE HURDLES FOR ANY OF THESE TRANSACTIONS WITHIN INDIA. HUGE INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT IN POWER/TRANSPORT/EXPORT PROMOTING/MANUFACTURING ZONES TO EARN MAXIMUM FOREIGN EXCHANGE TO IMPROVE FOREIGN RESERVES & CHANGE THE POSITION OF INDIA IN WORLD RANKING.REMOVE THE COMPLEX CITY IN INDIRECT TAXES & EARN CLEAR DOMESTIC REVENUE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BETTER TOMORROW.

CUT DOWN SUPPORT TO ALL BUREAUCRATS - Pay all bureaucrats a good salary in line with private sector. CUT DOWN all support like servant maids, shoe cleaners, security officials etc. I have seen so many police men carrying the VEGETABLE SHOPPING BAGS of the wifes of their bosses. THIS IS SHAMEFUL. why is the government spending money for maintenance and household of the bureaucrats ?

WHERE HAS ALL THE EDUCATION CESS MONEY AND SENIOR EDUCATION CESS MONEY GONE ? The government has been collecting from all tax payers. BUT the state / corporation school are in pathetic shape. We need to monitor THE EXPENSES on these schools, build NEW SCHOOLS with EXCELLENT INFRASTRUCTURE (in line with grammar schools in the west). These schools must be SO MANY IN NUMBER IN EVERY DISTRICT. If people have good schools, they save on school fees paid to private schools.

Need to strengthen monitoring of unplanned expenditure and revision of planned expenditure. Unnecessary procedural hurdle to be identified and to be plugged in to. Stringent penalty for the amount sanctioned but not utilized and to make public all such welfare scheme where amount sanctioned but not utilized.

If we can enforce only e-mode receipt and payment of govt funds. this gives a better monitoring in soft copy reports etc. and increased transparency with less logististics. Bank softwares provide exact time of payment/receipts and benificiary name and account details. we should have institution to realise such aim on a larger level. this will reduce curruption to large extent. and distant monitoring is easable.

It would be great if we can have a world-class university globally accredited and counted atleast one of the top 200 rather than investing on Statue of Unity and that will be the greatest tribute not only to our first Home minister but also to all our beloved leaders

Allow annual plan expenditure saved to be credited instead of lapsing it . This will avoid unnecessary expenses incurred in month of march by most govt offices to hurriedly spend away funds Please enter comment. Please enter comment.
