First and foremost is basic discipline a concern for duty ,responsibility and outcome.for this the institution should be able to send home any employee simply by giving a few months notice based on the observation of assessing officer and vetted by the next senior officer. No tribunal or court of any type should be in a position to interfere..When we can remove govt without giving reason why it can not remove even it's servants?

As I am related with LPG Business I know that when there was no limit to get LPG cylinder average consumption was 9-10 cylinders per customer. After capping of 12 Cylinders , misuse of LPG started.I suggest you please reduce 12 to 9 cylinders .

Officials in charge of project/task to be made accountable for quality of work. Buck passing from official in charge to engineer to supervisor has to be nipped by higher authority. Tenders should be floated on internet with every minute specification covering area, quantity and quality. To ensure accountability for ensure quality, Engineers/QC certification from INDEPENDENT body should be taken. e.g It is observed that pavets tiles laid on foothfath doen't even last for 1 year,and local bodies keep showing deficit in their budget.

Time -bound action should be generated.If it is exceeded authendicated disciplinary action is to be enforced without delay.Monitoring and followup records must be maintained vigiloantly for the gab between the expenditure and fiscal space.Excutive and administrative stratagy should be levelled.Responsibilty must befixed to the erring officials.Monthly twice followup action should figured inthe Excutive side..Lacuna on the part of particular area should viewed seriously.

Pradhan mantri ji Aapko mera saadar pranaam. Main USA mein rehne wala bhaaratiya hoon! USA mein main ek din mein business ke liye company khol sakta hoon! Kya yeh India mein moomkin hain? Doosri baat, yaha ke jo sarkari employees jo hoten hai, chaahe woh federal govt ke ho, ya phir state govt ke ho, ya to municipal level ke ho, yeh sab isme hamari madad kartein hain! When there is shortage of Electricity in the country, by giving subsidy to manufacture LED light which very expensive as on date (A simple bulb costs Rs. 10-00 where as a LED lamp costs Rs. 200-00 but saves 90% energy)and replacing existing Bulb ,tube light and CFL about 62 crore of Rupees per day which will come to a saving of about 22000 crores per year

Submitted to the Honorable Prime Minister. We have discussed through MYGOV most of the problems India is facing today and their solutions. I find that most of the solutions suggested are being implemented one by one. I humbly suggest that now we discuss the problems of inflation and corruption in India and solutions for controlling inflation and eradicating corruption.

3. Please check MNREGA scheme cost & result . Proving employment, but some misuse of money as well by just time pass at work. Need to cross checked, to use money well.Its our money, we should use it properly.

2. Why govt. is not taking action against reservation? General common people is suffering everywhere. An undeserving person is getting job and other general eligible person is demotivating by not getting job that he deserve. Why everywhere Reservation, Reservation, Reservation only? Reservation was implemented only for 10 years, but getting extension every time. Now who will stop this, because this scheme is making our youth idle, cause of low effort, productivity, demotivation in eligible peop

1. What is the criteria of IRDP/Antodaya etc. on Panchayat level? There should be some criteria for this, only eligible people should be benefited.
