'A PENNY SAVE IS A PENNY EARN' -There should be the need of proper channel who can be the surprising element by which one can alert during the unwanted expense. Always try to reduce the dependency on diesel in the economy because the diesel is an envelop of CANCER. In place of diesel try to introduce some environment freindly fuels by which we will reduce our environmental expense.

My Dear PM, the passport shall be given to every Indian, which shall increase the revenue of the country as well as lot of people are interested to work abroad which shall bring lot of money back to India. This shall improve lives of the people and bring prosperity to the nation. My suggestion to increase revenue in education sector schools and colleges need good teachers to prosper. To my personal knowledge many private schools employ teachers without proper appointment letters and pay them salary in cash to evade tax. Also they charge ample fee from parents. Teachers unable to ask a question as management unconditionally (without any acknowledgement) collect their certificates.. If govt able to put some check on this surplus revenue could be achieved by government.!?

Sir,it is necessary to have proper monitoring of the expenses by the politician for carrying on public rallies, foreign visits as an'learning tour' and many more expedition which are nothing but extravagance and wastage of money. Money can be channelised to different purposes. countries fiscal deficit is roaring we need more to envisage on xports cut down imports otherwise money may flow out without limit. deficit financing must be stopped as it leads to debt trap and alternatives to be searched

Expenditure Management within a system can be done by studying the present system of expenditure followed. We can find a number of cases where, the expenditure are more due to adopting wrong policy by that system. An independent evaluation of the system by a third party not associated with that system in any manner will help in improving the system of expenditure in that system and ultimately decreasing the financial burden on that system.

Any expenditure above Rs.50 crores should be audited by a Govt.agency as well as by a Private CA firm. If any fraud were to be reported by any of the agencies, if found right they should be rewarded. This reward should come from the penalty paid by the contractor. 1/10th of the fine should be posed on Govt.officials who erred in this.
