Subsidize Education instead of subsidizing Educational Institutions. Radical changes in subsidy regime in education sector needed. In other sectors, GOI has initiated direct transfer of subsidy to the consumer. Why not in education sector also.Space constraints do not allow me to give full details of the proposal here. I will be happy to share if GoI is interested.

2- Funding bodies (DBT/DST/ICMR) a) A lot of transparency is also needed here. The evaluation process for grant funding should be clear. Clear guidelines for selection process should be available to all the applicants. b) the process of money allocation should be made faster and effective. 3- Conduct of examination, announcement of results in a time bound manner by universities: all state and center univ should be made accountable for that.

My suggestions are mainly concerned about higher education. 1- Research institution: 1a. the process of faculty selection: Most of the institute and universities advertise position but they never update the progress of the process. Many a time the selection process never starts. The univ/institutes should be made accountable to update the process to all the applicant as it progress. 2b. updated websites ( functional): with full details of courses and faculties.

i am delighted to give inputs on national education policy, i want to discuss on how indian education become knowledge and innovation to bookish due to the pattern of education and lack of facilities in gaining extra curricular activities this lead to narrow thinking, inability during task management, also under performance in sports music art etc, to develop a holistic intelligence policy should focus on curriculum and timetable

As a student I want that the policy of no detention in which student cannot be failed till 8th standered should be abolish. And a better policy like student have compulsory pass in every class. And there was a compolsory councling of every chid that he/she wants to became what or they have any kin of fear or pressure from yhe family or teachers and any other people and discusing the basic problem of students.

First of all i would like to say , that is start from the beginning is to universalize secondary education system, that if a person don't opt for higher studies still can have that skills & potential that they can carry forward. Secondly, needs a revolution in right to education, because education doesn't means only going to school it means gathering knowledge and experience. Thirdly, their is a real need to work with private colleges especially in expertise or job oriented streams.
