Sir when most of the I visited my bank, I always encounter at least 2-3 person(variable age group) asking how to fill payin slip, demand draft slip, how to fill up a cheque etc. Sir today I feel that I must share this experience with you. So that general banking literacy syllabus can be included at secondary level covering all such topics. Under Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna, most of the citizen have opened their account, but unable to operate at ease.

The educational streams planned and promoted during a fiscal year must be achieved through this matrix of development 5 years ahead. The students must be then trained educated in the streams by selection and choice and not by options

I have spent long years in providing educational training aids equipments for Technology science research and engineering. Our Training at all levels are not thorough updated systems methods and practices. We need to write the Procedure Manuals with a matrix and a review system. Which then needs regular updating. My belief is there has to be firstly physcometric testing done from school levels. This results must be reviewed with the aptitude tests. Before one steps into the driving seat.

I think we should be more worried about the inequalities in our education system. An grading system for schools should be developed and fees should be decided on their grade.

I think along with policies for good education, we need to make policy to test teacher competency periodically. And regarding engineering professors, most are busy with administrative tasks, admission counselling tasks and management tasks instead teaching to students...we need the policy for professors/students benefits/management etc. Govt. must take engineering college professor survey about what they feel about their job satisfaction. after all "Guru" is the God who can shape "good citizen"

Sir, In India, skill and talent are less effective than a piece of paper that confirms your caste through which you gain an entry in education or jobs in Govt. organizations. This is the sad part of this country. So many Govts. came and gone, but the real inclination from the minds of politicians, is yet to be seen. Why? The Haves have no problem to buy the education or job and the 'Have-nots' never worry. Only the middle class, the most predominant category will always face the problems.
