The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

It may sound a bit too early but I strongly believe proactive measures based on genetic mapping can provide break through and cost effective solution for management of healthcare. Genetic mapping coupled with few standard tests of newborns will tell us much in advance issues that are on the way. Cost of preventive testing and treatment will be fraction of cost of expenditure we will do after diseases occur. We can do pilot for few towns. Many diseases including cancer can be prevented. It is very necessary to provide clean water and self contained nano house to every family. I know it will take time. Make it compulsory to take Medical insurance like birth certificate. Medicines, tonics sh. be available at reasonable cost.Govt. sh. encourage to open Generic Medicine shops. Every hospital sh. provide Generic Medicine.

Dear PM, I request you to take up the issue of junk food in next public interaction. Even my 5 year old daughter says that she will stop eating junk food if Modi ji says so. Thanks.

Today you shared your thoughts on preserving the youth of India. But, my heart bleeds when I see children, the future youth, spoiling their health by eating junk food and unhealthy eating practices. We see so many child patients with diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and so on. Most of these disorders are related to poor eating habits and junk food. I would request you to share your thoughts on junk food in next man ki baat and talk to children on this.

Healthy India or Healthy Indian can be very successful program or group only if the population is either controlled or regulated and optimized as asset. So I am in opinion that a new group “Population Control & Optimization” can be appended as a group in “my gov”. Population Control & Optimization (PCO) for me implies that citizen will control the population as per the guidance of government (state or Central).

This plan maintenance cost can be directly charged on resident, agricultural and industrial consumers by fixing meters same as electricity bill. Conclusion: By this plan ground water will get automatically raised and river water will not get contaminated.

Strictly Advisable: River water should compulsorily used for human purpose and industries should not interfere. Example of water management plan: Two mega pipe lines should be used for this plan, - Drinking water pipe line should be connected from river source to resident area all over the city/state/country. - Drainage water pipe line should be connected from resident drainage system to waste purification plant and from there it should be used for agriculture & industries.

4) 24hours water supply can be achieved and so ground water usage gets decreased. So ground water level will get increased. 5) By getting sufficient supply of water, usage of motor pump gets reduced which in turn reduces electricity bill. This saved electrical energy can be used for purification and pumping plant. 6) As a result ground water will be at good level and so water usage for agriculture will be minimized, plantation becomes easy, reservoirs & ponds will have sufficient water.

Upcoming Future Problems: 1) Fertility of land gets degraded day by day. 2) Evergreen plants, and bacteria gets depleted due to which life cycle bond will be breaking. 3) Water contamination leads to new age disease spreading. (Eg: Ebola) Merits: 1) Highly purified water will be used by human being. 2) Human drainage water will be used for agriculture & industries. 3) Due to this, drainage will not be lead into river.
