The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

Dear Narendra Modiji.the medical council of India is the most corrupt body in the country 'sir the sanctioning of private medical colleges involves crores of money and is related to the number of students the amunt paid will be black money of course. So Makin it mandatory for any transaction of above 5000or 10000 linked to bank accounts and pan the money unaccounted in the country can be brought out Imy gut feeling is that this will approx be equal to the fiscal deficit.please look into these

Sir, I am sharing my first view regarding Alchol supply. Sir In delhi, Alchol supply from morning to till late night. I understand, its difficult for you to stop supply of Alchol due to some reason but Sir, you can change the timing of Alchol supply timing during day between 11:00 am to 6:00 p.m. because late night when some lady or family members pass through the shop of Alchol, some persons drink nearby and we invite some mishappening during late hours. Rgds, Naresh

Prime minister , Please make noise pollution a part of you swaach Bharat programme. Please involve NGOs, state govts... To cut noise pollution. Please make this also in your next man ki baat. In cities vehicle drivers have this habit of honking unnecessarily. We also burst crackers any time , any where and mostly for nothing. Beside strong penalty and other deterants this also requires a huge awareness drive. An initiative from prime minister on this will give this issue a filip.

It is strange and beyond understanding that when ever rail advance reservation for Rajdhani/Shatabdi trains is sought, even in the morning hours of the date when it is due is always showing W/L and thus, the genuine passengers do not get the advance reservation We strongly feel that it is due to the manipulation of travel agents with the help from railway reservation staff. Few months ago, it was a hot topic with the railway authorities and they were making big promises to improve the situation.

There is tremendous wastage of water in the public distribution system as taps are leaking, broken pipes, no regular maintenance and so on . . I live in Ettimadai panchayat region, Coimbatore District of TN and when the water is released on certain days days to the public taps so much flows out as from the taps as they cannot be closed or there no monitoring about precious water being wasted. Water is also leaking out for hours from the overhead tank at the Chinna pudur area.
