RTE must be done away with. Small-scale schools run even out of individual homes must be allowed because they provide cheaper education to poorest sections of the society. Quality of education in schools can be measured through outcome measurement in the form of standardized tests at the completion of primary and secondary education to test proficiency in different subjects at basic and advanced levels. Students will self-select the good schools based on past performance of schools in such tests

National online academic monitoring system is a must. It is the only mode through which we can interlink all educational institutions in India. Every student, every teacher, every institution, every facility, equipment should be made accountable. Every period a teacher takes also made accountable. Every parents should be informed of the performance of his kid. Teachers should not be harassed by public/ politicians. Quality and value are the most valued things.

I think there all school should come under some grade system and should be define fee structures for all private school according to school grade, so that it will encourage schools to improve they quality of teaching and our students will get best teaching. And more over instead of theory paper there should be more practical papers and like we have to go to different centers for theory paper likwise there should be different center for pratical exam.

Those institutions which have demonstrated quality / achieved threshold levels in pre- defined quality indices should be pushed out of the affiliating University and asked to assume greater responsibility as Autonomous Institutes.

Very strong regulatory team of cross function experts needed. The job of the team should be to Monitor, Evaluate & Rate the Institutions. The reports should be published in pubic forums. Very strong rating mechanism will bring internal competition & improve the overall system. We can see what Websites like Zomato is doing in Hospitality segment. The rating mechanism is west is very strong. Mystery shoppers are employed by the Hotels to evaluate their services. Why can't we do something similar.

Cont.... Think, if top bureaucrats, officer's and subordinate employee's children are in govt schools then what will be the standard of school..? No need to describe. Upto 12th we follow private inst and after that for UG/PG we go for govt institutions(IITs,NITs,State Govt Colleges, CENTRAL UNIVs, CSIR Inst etc), why not for private institution..? This idea may be funny but i am sure it will work. A program for "Re-organisation of Govt Schools " must be run.

To make Govt Schools Productive, govt should make a policy that Children of govt employees must be admitted in govt schools. If any govt employee refuse it, govt should cut the children education facilities provided to him/her. People will automatically be conscious about govt schools and they will monitor that their children are getting right education or not. If any irregularity will be their, they will complaint for that and productivity of govt schools will be improved. To be cont...

To improve quality of regulation, firstly we have to focus on monitoring system. Govt should ask monthly or quarterly progress report from institutions, it must include syllabus covered, present of students as well as teachers, assignment reports etc. A vigilance committee on district level should examine these reports and a counter check team at Division Level should examine the reports submitted by District committee. A unique toll free no facility should be provided to register complaints.
