Comprehensive education – Ethics, Physical, Art, Karft, Life skills: Elementary / Primary education should be basic learnings of life skills & very less book level learning, schools should make arrangements for inviting various skill experts to visit skills to demonstrate or videos or clips etc. Opinions of the person starts forming around 8/10 years of age. Around this level ethical emphasis should be must & GITA / VEDA every day is best way of inculcating it.

Improving learning outcomes: Measurement criterion of outcome should be changed from earning money to earning happiness. Earning happiness is big difference in todays individuals against new kids. Way to be inculcated as well regarding understanding of difficulties in any skill / job.

Education is an expensive function, and therefore the connection between money and education is a frequent issue. Local governments struggle with school budgets and parents struggle with tuition costs. Just how does money relate to education? Free and quality education should be implemented jointly by Government, NGO'S, Private Welfare Trusts and Public in each area. Education is now commercialized. In future, Education should not be commercialized.

If we are ever going to become a liberal and true democratic superpower, our first and foremost focus must be to minimize formalities and British/Victorian style dogmatic etiquette from our schools/colleges. It has been proven that more rules there are, the more submissive and dependent a person becomes in the long run. Therefore something on the lines of 'Project Critical-Thinking' should be launched ASAP to focus on relentlessly trying to impart critical and innovative thinking in students.

THREE focus points: 1. Focus on complete value education from primary to higher education (to tackle deteriorating value system in our country). 2. Improve comprehensive skills of teachers to improve overall quality of education. 3. Make a policy to ensure formal industry-institute exchange (employees teaching in institutes, faculty working in companies for few months/years) programs. Thanks.

The school timing is the petty thing, changing which will ensure more confident and socially groomed future-bearers. Since women employment is also encouraged in our developing nation, it would be fruitful if the school timing is as of the office timing i.e. 9:30 AM. This would allow parents and children interact more in the family, and cases of children personality disorders may be minimized. Parent and children would be able to pay more attention, regard, love, care and time to each other.

India has very rich ancient heritage of knowledge. Our ancient sages were great scholars, researchers, inventors etc. A large amount of this diverse knowledge is still relevant in finding solution to problems/issues faced by us. These knowledge need to be harnessed and put in practice in modern context. It can be suitably blended with current knowledge in various fields. The best, tested and proven aspect of this knowledge will surely help us in making India a superior knowledge superpower

We should have quality education rather than quantity education. In adoption of western cultures we Indian never behind the row, but their education policy towards this quite good. By which i thought that more drain brains have occured here. We just study for certificates not knowledge and it is not our fault. Our course syllabus do not help in career prospective. We must change it and govt should take major steps towards this.
