Water is life. But in this era of shortage of time we are unable to provide the potable drinking water for our all country. Make a strict law for every person or house that if someone is not preventing the waste of pure water, he'll have to spend the 1 day acc. to the wastage of 1 day water punishment should be go to river bank and help to river cleanliness n aware those ppl who lived near that bank of river, to protect from the sewages n pollution from wrappers, plastics etc all.

water is precious,we need to make policy for no waste of water of rains, floods.we can convert devastation. all technique for water harvesting must in use, prepare work studies for natural ideas, cleaning increasing depth of existing major water routes,we can use big machine, some innovative study is needed to dig and drill underground water channel from floods to scarcity.( small drilling pipeline machine is available)if we drill one inch hole of 50 meter length on both side deep inside gound

I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST HOW TO SAVE RAIN WATER We should dig more and more deep our rivers, cannals, ponds, talabs etc. so that whenever rain falls it will store more water init, the ground water lavel will be increse of that area. The differen layers of sand will come out in this process will be used as a fertilizer in fields, other one will be used as a construction material, say yamuna sand. and clay can be used to made bricks. it will provide more job and govt can earn money by selling this

While planning each land holding farmer should be asked where to construct bunds check Dams and structures. joint land users group should be involved to regulate water stored behind structures. They are better masters of their home land. we have to tell farmer how to ask DROP to SIT, MOVE and RUN.

The water can not produced hence it should be used as needed .The drinking water costs more for its production, purification ,distribution.Hence it should be costed according to use.The minimum use may cost less as against higher use may cost more and more. This may proceed to Genuine use of water. No free water should be given.

Water reservoir and man made lakes should be developed in remote area where we have waste land available these can be connected through water corridor across India. The water corridor can be connected to rivers through canals. Whenever we have excess water available during rainy season due to flood that water can be diverted into these canals and fill our lakes reservoir. Once water reaches to waste land those area can be identified for well formed Smart villages (not city).

Community based management of ponds, lakes , rivers is essential. User community is a must. stop rampant drilling of bore-wells. Desilt the lakes in rural area constantly to increase the water storage capacity by users. Clean regularly and stop contamination. need action centers for pollution controls, not corrupt PCB. We can help in detoxification of water and land at minimal cost and make it upto 95% pure.
