In my view govt is taking so much tax on petroleum products but waste lubricant oil is not being cared for.The oil gets recycled and is being used for adulteration, being used as fuel for burners .proper directions for reuse or disposal has to be suggested or resend to refinery to be mixed with crude oil .This will be good step towards good environment.

it is necessary for making a clean environment and better human development and improving health of people, Decreasing diseases and a better human lifespan. Every district should have a recycling unit of all sorts of wastes. Govt develop a department in the name "Waste management dept" or "Clean India dept" to get a clean environment and more job opportunities. The lessons of cleanliness should start from home and school. Strict punishment should be given for people who make India a wastebin.

Every locality/neighborhood should have a garbage dump. This garbage dump van be a deep pit, about 20 feet deep and about diameter and should be maintained by the local municipal of village authorities. All garbage collected from homes should be dumped into these pits. Mud dug out of the pits, earlier, while digging the pit , and kept near the pit, should be sprinkled over the garbage each day. This avoid any bad smell from the rotting garbage, The mud would help speed up the decomposition. On

Following 2 steps we could create revolution in smart use of polyethene
Step 1: Take a big polyethene and keep all the used polyethene in this until it gets filled. Once it gets filled replace it with another big polyethene bag.It removes the option for small used polybags to scattered here and there.
Step 2: Don’t throw left Waste food in polybags so that it can be eaten by animals. This may make your dustbin a little dirty but will keep the society neat and clean.

Conduct workshops on Home composting. Create awareness on mulching. There are many groups on FB etc who would be willing to help in this

Many government and non-government offices, organisations, schools, colleges etc have their own kitchens. Make it compulsory for them to compost their own kitchen waste. Hotels and apartments should also compost their wet waste.
They should also be instructed to use the leaves from their gardens to mulch their trees, plants and pots. Leaves should neither be burnt be burnt or sent to the landfills. Mulching helps in preventing soil erosion, evaporation of moisture, works as nutrition etc,.

There should be a complete ban on Plastics. The non bio degradable wastes can be used to make roads while the bio degradable wastes can be used as composts. Composts can be useful for organic farming. This should be done from root label i.e. our Gram panchayats. Every village-mukhiya has to take responsibility to make composts from degradable wastes and aware people the benefits of organic farming and its environmental aspects.

Recycling would be one of the best option for non-bio degradable wastes. However, from the disposition point of view, the other bio degradable wastes could be buried deep under the national highways which are being constructed, as after the construction these highways remain untouched for decades.

And not only this if plants related to such idea is developed where electricity is generated from waste then problem of unemployement which is also major problem of our country will also be removed because many person will get job there.
So i can say it is one of the best method by which one can remove our all major problem.
