Create a web application/app so that each and every Bhartiya can invest in Agriculture land. The investment can be tax free (under some section) and ranging from 10K - 10 lac so that for that specific year i am helping farmer/s with some money and i will be also allocated or will have a choice to choose a land/farmer. The details of the activity will be updated to the investor for the complete year with photographs/call/updates. ROI to be fixed per year by GOV India.

Every farm should bury a tank made of Hume pipe.
Tank's opening is opened during monsoon and covered with a mesh to filter out dirt mud etc.
When filled opening closed.
The water is to be used in dry season using drip irrigation.
All tanks in a region are interconnected so as to feed them during draught from dams instead of open canals.

#SmartFarming : An addition to Digital India Mission to help our Farmers
- creating a networking portal
- tool to analyze existing stock of a product and calculate a price for it
- Ensure that the product is sold only at that fixed price and hence farmers are not cheated by the middle man.
- Account the existing stock of all groceries in all godowns to prevent black marketing.

Hi,
Now a days farmers are interested to go for green house farming. But the cost of green house construction is costly for a small farmer. I have seen bamboo green house technology in youtube. It is very good and affordable to the mid level farmers. Government should encourage such technology giving subsidy to farmers.
This can solve atlest 40% of our vegetable and fruits scarcity in india. And can produce good quality produce also. Bamboo green house is cheaper and can last for many years.

There has to be linking of the entire supply chain starting from scientific farming techniques for increasing productivity, water conservation based irrigation, post harvest management, supply chain and processing facilities. In the absence of any of these links, we end up in a situation of which came before; chicken or egg

1) Rain water sinking pit through MNREGA and by farmers. Very effective.
2) Financing entrepreneurs with rural link to mechanise the farming.
3) Top Engineering institute to make farm equipment intelligent with electronics, machine vision etc.
4) Mass farming/contact farming to help cultivate single crop to large area, to reduce harvesting, grading and marketing cost.
5) Allow loans with Agri land as collateral.
6) Plains & minor forests for leased cultivation.
7) Cut cost of green house

There are many policy for agri inputs should update for example for bio fertilizer and bio_ insecticide production project is sponser by government and government provide subsidy for the same.but in this case there is no growth of this industry becouse there are many objective for the permission of cib (central insecticide boad) for production which take 2 year. And lots of time and money consuming process. If government really want to increase culture base farming then should support

Sir, I am a History Professor in a College in Kolkata. Thought it is a water related issue. but due to the close topic of smart water discussion. I have no choice but to put my thought in this topic. Please give a notice about my thought. I think it will help us and to recover from drought condition which is now a severe issue in this summer. Please give a look in my idea.
