Farming on ships over water bodies just like Japanese. All water needs required forming can be obtained from water sources. If gov thinks it can starts a viable initial project in few hectares and also can be used as solar projects. Multi level forming on sea, lakes, rivers and ponds is the need of the future.

Land usage pattern with large green cover and proper management can help to bring in more water. Revive disappeared water bodies. Form National water grid. Machineries had doomed us, so let us resort to traditional farming which had sustainable livelihood with cow as focal point.

Now Land leasing Act is in place, it can play a vital role in clubbing the land parcels to consolidate into viable size. Unless the farm size is viable (say at least 25 acres), no smart tools or ideas can give optimal results. Govt should make a law that no agricultural land should be kept idle by the owner. He has to either cultivate something or give it on lease to another cultivator. Linking rivers & canals to spread irrigation. Smart use of water using IoT techniques, to conserve water.

water conservation is more important.almost all valves installed are leaking first we need to improve quality of valves.secondly underground pipeline are most prone to leakages and difficult to maintain we can plan open overhead or mounted on pillar piping which will ensure ease of maintenance .thirdly, pipeline sizes must be redefined and will sure help in reducing pumping power and equal distribution of water at all ends.
fourthly industrial consumption monitoring is required. fifth flow meter

Hailstorm is causing annual loss of the order of Rs 50000 crore each year (on an average) in India. Several Indian farmers commit suicide due to the massive devastation of their crop due to hail damage - on an average at the rate of 2000 farmers each year. Hence to contribute for the smart farming in agriculture total 22 “Hail Control Hub (HCH)” at the cost 0f Rs 72 crore each should be set up. The ingenious technology can stop Hailstorm damage in 200 km radius from Hail Control Hub.

smart farming includes usage of good and efficient machinery, it can be implemented only in large lands. In India land is mostly divided among farmers in small pieces. So, mass cultivation can be achieved by encouraging private companies in investing for mass cultivation. Big companies can hold the right to buy the small pieces of land and its farmers ,for which the farmers will be paid by them.It helps in cultivating a crop in bulk and also farmers will be safe from any loss

Many farm land in the country are uncultivated due to financial problems so solving their finance quos could mean a lot for smart farming they have to depend on chemical fertilizer which is harmful for soil over a tenure so arranging vermicompost fertilizer and finding natural plant which could keep pest away are way in which cost can be managed.
