Help us make Digital Locker better by providing your valuable feedback, comments and suggestions.

Digital Locker is a key initiative under Digital India program. It is an online application that aims at eliminating the use of physical documents and enables sharing of verified electronic documents across various agencies. Digital Locker provides a dedicated personal storage space in the cloud to citizens, linked to citizen’s Aadhaar number. It will enable various organizations registered on Digital Locker to push certificates of citizens directly in their Digital Locker in electronic format. Citizens can also upload and securely store the scanned copies of legacy documents in Digital Locker. These legacy documents can be electronically signed using eSign facility. A citizen can share these electronic certificates online with various departments and agencies registered on Digital Locker while applying for the services provided by them. Thus, Digital Locker brings the citizens, issuers and requestors on one platform and reduces administrative overhead of agencies by eliminating paperwork. It will also make it easy for the residents to receive services by saving time and effort.

My suggestion in this locker facility are 1. All Aadhaar related document to be automatically propagated 2. Limit of locker to be set as dynamic rather than static size of locker 3. biometric based signup/signin is not properly working in slow internet connection 4. document may be shared to any one who is a member of digital locker. 5. URI may be shared in social media or the email.

#Digitallocker डिजिटल लोकर सिस्टम को भारत के सभी सरकारी संस्थाओं मेँ लागू किया जाना चाहिए जिसके कारण कागज और समय की बचत होगी और सरकारी कामोँ मेँ पारदर्शिता भी बनी रहेगी इसके कारण भ्रष्टाचार पर लगाम लगाया जा सकता हेहे भारतीय बैंकिंग प्रणाली के साथ डिजिटल लोकर सिस्टम को भी जोड़ देना चाहिए चाहिए डिजिटल लोकर सिस्टम प्रणाली के तहत व्यक्ति के पास अपना खुद का एक डिजिटल कार्ड होना चाहिए जिसका इस्तेमाल वह पूरे भारत मेँ कहीँ पर भी कर सकेसके

Making a digital encrypted locker with using aadhar card no as locker primary no and that can have all the details of a person and have interlinked connectivity with family members details ,for accessing this locker one should have a bio-metric for full extension use and in case of any primary data it can be accessed by the net for some extent .For any government organisations can access with some norms applicable like OTP at the time of access .This can make fake free documentation.

#DigitalLocker: Speed,Security and reliability are major aspects of Digital locker. If speed of system is slow than many problem arise e.g I have require my important document at today 4 PM but system is slow and document not come at time than no one trust digital locker.so speed,security is important for digital locker.

Digetel locar + smart citizens cards which contain all documents in one card. Now days BPL cards are miss used sir, government should go to poor door step and provide them cards and explain benefits.

Digital locker is truly an innovative idea. There needs to be a way to ensure no third party can access the docs uploaded even if the system is hacked for some reasons. Other consideration has to be around awarness around the nation to accept these digital forms of docs.
