Help us make Digital Locker better by providing your valuable feedback, comments and suggestions.

Digital Locker is a key initiative under Digital India program. It is an online application that aims at eliminating the use of physical documents and enables sharing of verified electronic documents across various agencies. Digital Locker provides a dedicated personal storage space in the cloud to citizens, linked to citizen’s Aadhaar number. It will enable various organizations registered on Digital Locker to push certificates of citizens directly in their Digital Locker in electronic format. Citizens can also upload and securely store the scanned copies of legacy documents in Digital Locker. These legacy documents can be electronically signed using eSign facility. A citizen can share these electronic certificates online with various departments and agencies registered on Digital Locker while applying for the services provided by them. Thus, Digital Locker brings the citizens, issuers and requestors on one platform and reduces administrative overhead of agencies by eliminating paperwork. It will also make it easy for the residents to receive services by saving time and effort.

This is a simple solution but might be easy to implement. 1.Add dedicated & secured portals for accessing these docs 2.Person to whom the document is to be shared should be able to access it through Adhar card number 3.Once the person enters your Adhar card number to portal you get OTP on registered number. Only if you provide OTP should he be able to access your docs. 4.Add folder access permissions for users so they can customize what they want to show when there account gets accessed

1 Internet charges are comparatively appropriate in India but basic download speed is too low to use digital services and FUP ( Fair Usage Policy )is the worst part of Indian telecom industry which allows users just to update their operating systems and nothing else. 2 on the name of unlimited plans BSNL provides 8gb high speed and then nothing 3 BSNL always keep their prices higher so people always take connection from privet ISP after having max customers amongst all.

1. Digital Locker website 2. Digital Locker app for android, iOS, windows platforms 3. Digital Documents verification centre 4. Digital documents uploading and downloading centre ( for people not using internet or uneducated ) 5. Internet charges are comparatively appropriate but basic download speed is too low to use digital services.

an android app for the digital locker is need of the hour. it should have real good and fluid interface. material design or something.. web interface also needs to be improved. sluggish and not at all well made. initiative is goof but quality of work is not as good as it should be.

digital locker ek aisa medium ho zesme document submit karte hi ek UIN(unic identity number) mil jaaye jisme sabhi documents ke number save ho jisse user iske baad me sabhi document ki copy submit karne ki jaroorat na ho es uin me sabhi document ka clearification ho jaaye isse ye ek jyada solid hogaaa

Digital lockers must have two option one for user and other for viewers. If a person shares his DIGITAL LOCKERS ID to any one for viewing his informations easily. It may be legal for document verification in government and public sector. User do not have to scan all papers or documents and can upload their information through his UID, PAN, DL NO, PASSPORT NUMBER,after uploading these details a soft copy may be generated automatically.
