contd:-As I am the change Maker of INDIAN Government in the MY GOV page my suggestions and ideas towards this Interim Union Budget is a budget which is calculated as the amount of the money received on the Government Fund plus the corrupted money which is already utilized or which is already spread by the previous Government without any information to the citizen of INDIA in different unknown parameters, about that money citizens are the actual legal heirs of those money where the Governments ge

Contd:- of the Government as cash in hand or cash remaining amount in the fund of the Government, that is the remaining amount after utilization of the amount in different fields and sectors. But is it so, NO, the actual amount is the corrupted money which has yet not been recollected from those corrupted persons who have already utilized the amount for their personal incomes and Profits, and for their satisfaction of Life

CONTD:- It is not a disturbing co-incidence that stirs my amazements on this holy occasion to commemorate one of the most important landmark of INDIAS excellent Finance History. Every Budget which is created or which is analyzed according to the data report, we as human being or as a citizen find out the actual profit of the country which is present in the hand of the Government as cash in hand or cash remaining amount in the fund of the Government, that is the remaining amount after utilization

I propose "Interstate Sanskriti Utsav" under "Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat," where states host rotating festivals in other states to boost integration and local economies. It will feature four key stall components: 1) Culture (live performances, art, heritage pavilions), 2) Handlooms/Crafts (exhibition and sale of GI-tagged and handmade items), 3) Agri-products (regional organic produce, agricultural goods, spices), and 4) Food (authentic regional cuisines by native chefs). This builds mutual understanding while creating direct interstate livelihood opportunities for rural artisans, weavers, farmers, and micro-entrepreneurs.

My submission proposes actionable strategies for the ICAI, including the integration of AI in auditing, a dedicated CA-MSME mentorship platform, and grassroots financial literacy drives. These initiatives aim to future-proof the profession, support startups, and drive transparent economic growth toward Viksit Bharat @2047.

Title: Enhancing Financial Literacy and Transparency through Digital Innovation I suggest that ICAI launch a nationwide digital financial literacy and transparency initiative, especially for students, rural communities, and small business owners. A dedicated mobile application and online platform can provide simple financial education, budgeting tools, tax awareness, fraud prevention guidance, and basic accounting knowledge in regional languages. ICAI can also organize awareness campaigns, works

India has the potential to become a cleaner, smarter, and more developed nation by promoting innovation, education, and sustainable development. One useful idea is to encourage the use of renewable energy, improve digital services in villages, strengthen public education and healthcare, and create more skill development and employment opportunities for young people. These steps can help reduce pollution, improve the quality of life, and support India's long-term growth and progress.
