Strengthening the CA Profession for Viksit Bharat @2047 As India moves towards Viksit Bharat @2047, ICAI can further strengthen the Chartered Accountancy profession by promoting financial literacy, digital innovation, and ethical governance. ICAI should organize financial awareness programs for students, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, while also providing training in emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and data analytics to prepare CAs for the future. The Institute can also support startups and MSMEs by offering guidance on taxation, GST, accounting, and financial planning. A digital platform with free learning resources and compliance tools would make financial knowledge more accessible. These initiatives will enhance transparency, encourage innovation, support economic growth, and help build a stronger and more resilient financial ecosystem for India.

The main issue arises from the dual role conflict, that of promoter versus regulator. The regulator's role will be more effective if an elected disciplinary council is formed with full autonomy. The disciplinary mechanism needs to be fast-tracked and also moving from a reactive to a proactive role. ICAI also needs to improve its exami8nation transparency and evaluation systems. Widespread news about its student led scrutiny needs to be completely obviated. Further, moving away from the conventional physical booklet to a more secure, centralized digital marking could cut down human induced error drastically. Also ICAI needs to promote SMP chartered accountants who struggle to scale up with national or global reputed CA consultants. For the Viksit Bharat 2047 goal, laws must be introduced for conglomerate framework comprising of CAs, lawyers, actuaries, architects and CEs to form a Company together.

Title: National Financial Empowerment Mission through AI and Chartered Accountancy India is progressing rapidly towards becoming a developed nation under the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047. However, a large section of the population still lacks basic financial knowledge and struggles to understand taxation, accounting, budgeting, investments, and legal compliance. Small businesses, startups, students, and rural entrepreneurs often depend on costly professional services even for simple financial matters. To bridge this gap, ICAI can lead a national initiative that combines professional expertise with modern technology. I propose the creation of an AI-Powered Financial Empowerment Platform developed by ICAI in collaboration with the Government of India. This platform should be available as a free mobile application and website in multiple Indian languages so that every citizen can access reliable financial guidance.

Dear ICAI Leaders, my idea will be to take feedback of all the students appearing in the exam via qr code and consider it for paper setting & results. KINDLY NOTE THAT OUR PROFESSION IS FACING TOUGH COMPETITION IN GCC and need to ensure edge in professional conduct. Dear Modiji, I personally have one request. I want to meet you for 30 minutes and want to discuss one problem with you which I am facing in Dubai.

Many schools do not provide enough awareness about the Chartered Accountancy profession. ICAI should conduct regular career awareness programs in schools so that students understand the CA career path before choosing their stream after Class 10. In addition, introducing basic commerce, accounting, taxation, and financial literacy as vocational courses from Class 8 would help students develop early interest and make informed career decisions.

I suggest that ICAI create QR codes that can be placed in banks, schools, colleges, and government offices. When people scan the QR code, they can watch short videos in their own language about saving money, budgeting, digital payments, taxes, and avoiding online fraud. Learning through 2–3 minute videos will be easy for students, senior citizens, and people in villages. This will improve financial awareness across India at a very low cost and support the vision of Viksit Bharat."
