Hello sir, i want to share my views on reservations provided It is very good that our government provides reservations to minorities but is it in the right way because today i am preparing for my medical exams but i am really not confident about i will get a seat or not because when the OBC qouta is provided to everyone to those also who are earning well my friend having a qouta will get a good rank than me b'coz he has one though their earning is very well. So i feel that it should be reformed.

The new policy implemented for Engineering Education is research oriented which means the faculty will stress on research and not on quality of teaching. The promotion policy of all categories of Professors takes only publication,research and patenting into consideration. The facilities available in most of the engineering institutions is meant for teaching the students and not the research. So how can you compare a technical professor with a science or arts professor on the basis of same norms.

प्राइवेट स्कूलों की मनमानी पर रोक लगाने के लिए जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी को स्कुल की मान्यता रद्द करने का अधिकार और स्वतंत्रता मिलनी चाहिए ! आज प्राइवेट स्कुल सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश को नहीं मान रहे है ! स्कुल के अंदर ही कॉपी किताब बेचा जा रहा है ! मनमाना फीस लिया जा रहा है ! शिक्षा के अधिकार कानून की भ्रामक जानकारी देकर गरीबों को स्कुल में दाखिला नहीं दिया जाता है ! कई तरह के अनुचित फीस लिया जाता है !

सभी सरकारी अधिकारी नेताओं और मंत्रियों के बच्चों को सरकारी स्कुल में पढ़ाना अनिवार्य कर देना चाहिए इससे सभी अधिकारी नेता और मंत्री लोग सरकारी स्कुल को बेहतर करने में मदद करेंगे !

Are our books, teachers, policies and institutions inclusive & extensive about humane, social, ethical, personal and cultural values ? Quaity can be improved be better planning, improved systems, efficient monitoring and effective controls. Quality problems in education need to be identified, analyzed(Root cause analysis), fixed, improved and prevented in the future. This requires ISO 9000 principals and systems. Quality can be improved by stringent quality, reviews, assessment and audits.

Education must groom children towards Physical, Mental and Social health. Yoga, excercises, meditation and community work should be part of the education system. Education must teach human values and enable children to become better individuals, participating family members, responsible citizens, helpful community members and thoughful leaders. They must also be provided vocational training, and life skills like cooking, cleaning, organizing, teamwork, cooperation, building and creativity.

Good education is foundation of all culture, behaviour, values, virtues & progress. Its lack is the cause of mental, moral & social decline. सुशिक्षा संस्कृति, सभ्यता, शालीनता, समृधी और सदगुणों का मूल है । सुशिक्षा का आभाव ही मनुष्य के मानसिक, नैतिक और समाजिक पतन का कारण है । The purpose of education is to build responsible citizens who contribute to peace,wellness & prosperity of people in society. भारत की हर पाठशाला में योगाभ्यास आध्यात्मिक और संस्कृति शिक्षण अनिवार्य रूप से होना चाहिये।

But what we are seeing at present ? Which type of face of the bureaucracy, we are seeing ? The face of bureaucracy is gradually being reflected by the dirty game of political-activities ? Most of the politicians and bureaucrats are very closely linked with each-other and have created relations like business transactions.
