I want to be able to access everything on the internet without having to pay separately for this. Don't play with our net freedom. We don't want a pseudo net neutrality - that will be controlled by telecom companies.

please do not tamper with net neutrality any how...let it be fully even ...telecom firms will get money as their business grows but pushing INTERNET penetration cant be used an excuse as being said by Facebooks Internet.org initiative,to favor MNCs like Facebook.push literacy.and bring charges down....its a platform where anyone can enterprise...dont kill entrepreneurship and innovation..licensing is no way the solution...already internet charges are amongst most expensive in the world.

We don't want Net Neutrality to be defined by the telecom companies. We want to be able to access anything on the internet at any time without having to pay more for it separately.

Don’t allow Zero Rating, not even on a case-by-case basis Case-by-case approval of zero rating, as proposed in the report, is an invitation to lobbying and corruption. The government should make objective, unambiguous rules, not leave complex decisions affecting crores in profits to some corruptible bureaucrats. Remember that this is an industry that has already demonstrated that it has no qualms about paying huge bribes at the highest levels of government.
