ISPs are trying to charge double for the same services. One for the internet packages and secondly for each service individually. That would be like your milkman is asking you to pay 30 Rs/L if you make tea, but 60 Rs/L if you make milkshake. Internet has now become a necessity and a platform through which we can share our views as well as get useful information. I am in favor of net neutrality and urge you to create a law to ensure it like other countries e.g. USA, Canada etc.

Hi Sir, Please stop the telecom companies for charging the each and every site. We support the net neutrality rule. Please make some low for net neutrality so telecom companies can not bound the use of Internet sites. Otherwise we can not see the dream of DIGITAL INDIA and MAKE IN INDIA. To support all these policy we all need the high speed internet on less price rather than bounding the usage of internet sites.

It is time now to talk about New Neutrality and here blame should go to TRAI first. TRAI is totally a waste organization with no regard or concern for the users in India. Now, it is coming with new neutrality issue based on telecom units favor, but it never responded to the millions of issues and problems created by these telecom giants. First TRAI should be abolished and bring a new organization that can work for the Indians interests and benefits than the big telecom giants.

Please include a para as 5.1.10 or elsewhere in the draft regarding "Smart Financial Management,Accounts and Audit" to embody basic tenets and brief process to ensure proper use of funds. For past about 40 years I am associated with, prepared and studied hundreds of Govt documents but observed that in many drafts the mention of financial control and audit is not considered necessary. This is ESSENTIAL (for all such drafts) for effective record-keeping and corruption-free transactions.
