Sir I think to make India Digitalized first of all we need to prevent the telecom company from charging us saparately for each and every sites. Internet is a utility and not a mode of entertainment which should be priced as much as anyone wants. We want network neutrality, like it is now or even better. So please stop these telecom co. to become more and more rich by looting us... If we have to give our money than it should be for a good reason and nation benefits.

live weather forecasting is the utmost important to travellers, netizens and most of farmers...it would be more better if we combine all weather dept, IITM, and broadcast/update the weather data on IoT based Google map. for those who cant use IoT based Google map frequently (farmaers)...an automatic notifications will feed forward on their registered mobile number

Considering the huge scale of implementation involved, it would be advisable to develop pilot projects for IoT. It is experienced that even proven technology from other countries throws up new challenges when adopted in India. Hence adoption hiccups need to be kept in mind especially for IoT as it is a nascent technology. Therefore IoT policy should envisage a few pilot projects for testing the technology and eliminating teething troubles, before wide spread implementation.

Availability of uninterrupted, reliable power supply has always been a major challenge in India. This aspect will also affect the implementation of IoT, especially in rural India. The inherently low efficiency of batteries, coupled with the replacement costs will be a factor to consider in implementation of IoT. Thus power supply also needs to be included in IoT policy.

To cater to the huge population of connected devices, requirement of sufficient number of IP addresses will be the key requisite. Therefore roll out of IPv6 on pan-India basis is essential before large scale implementation of IoT. This aspect also needs to be addressed in the IoT policy.

Take mechanisms to have sufficient plants in the smart city. give importnace to greenary or else we will end up in a situation it will be difficult even to breath. each colony should definitely have a park and a mandate amount of trees or greenary. Regular reviews on the governance as you introdcued it to the ministers a performance based governance should evolve to avoid laziness in government offices.

in section 1.4 key aspects: (i would like to add these eloborated ones) 1. There should be seperate maintainance of Rainwater canals and rain water harvesting should be done. 2. don not mix Drinage Nalas and Rainwater Nalas, which current Metro cities also do. 3. have proper under ground drinage system. there is no point of having computerized city with no efective measeures on cleanliness and drinage management. traffic management should be efficient. Use smarter ways to issue challans a
