As Mr. PM has also stressed in his Teacher's day speech, the desire to do 'something rather than the idea of becoming 'something' has to be imbibed into parents' and teacher's thought process and not only student so that they are not any pressure. While growing up, I remember every elderly person asking this wretched question "beta bada hoke kya banoge". State will need to drive this actively rather than expecting burgeoning middle-class population to change under the peer pressure.

1. From my experience in the US, I can say that the stress on independent thinking and creativity of a child has been the key to their success story. In order to create a generation of innovative entrepreneurs we will need to do that to our kids. 2. This requires a whole new rebellious mind-set in the kids where they start to question established norms. For this to work parents and teacher will need to be counseled and encouraged. 3. Marks system will have to be replaced by Grading everywhere.

आज हमारे देश लोग शिक्षा तो ग्रहण कर रहे है पर क्या उस शिक्षा के द्वारा वे अपने देश व समाज के लिये कुछ कर पाते है ? बहुत ही कम लोग ऐसा कर पाते है , अधिक से अधिक लोग सिर्फ एक सरकारी नौकरी के लिए परेशान रहते है क्योंकि उनके लिए यह जरूरी है , आप लोग इस बात क्या सहमत है कि देश के युवाओं को अपनी ऊर्जा नौकरी के चक्कर में ही लगानी चाहिये या फिर किसी और क्षेत्र में ? इसके लिए जिम्मेदार कौन है ?

further to below...we need to design education system in a such way that any individual who want to be a musician,/ artist/painter/writer/ or be in any creative field would have immense opportunity to develop himself/herself and grow in that field only, this will increase the happiness in the citizen, Moreover India is spiritual nation, we should plant some seed of spirituality at the tender edge so that education would not become a medium to earn money only but also a mean to blissfulness,

Employment should not be the ultimate goal of education, education is the first step towards being a nice human being,we must keep it away from the competitions among the young citizen.It's purpose is to find special talent in each individual right from the beginning and develop him/her in that direction,everybody can not be scientist/engineer/doctor/CA while primary aim of any kid seems to be this only because you have study in any of this streams only science/maths/commerce/Social Studies.
