Employability of our students is a matter of concern. At the other end of the spectrum is need for greater investment in research. Industry academia linkages are essential to meet both these ends. While we have various efforts in this direction, these have not fructified as expected. We need to find out how and what is needed for a more fruitful partnering.

We have seen that, specially in IT field, that in current education, just due to their graduation level knowledge in IT, students are allow to skip first couple of semesters of Master degree (like M.C.A.) and due to that, they their basic concept are not that strong and when we go to hire them, our job becomes too difficult, as we are looking for strong basic, which is completely missing ! So we think that either drop that policy to skip a year, or make some drastic change in syllabus. #Emipro

Quality of output and quantity both go hand in hand. Our attitude of 'jugaad' needs to be replaced with an attitude of excellence. To do this every school student in every school of the country must learn to participate in cleaning of his/her town/city/village streets, to plant trees and learn social. If we can learn early to keep our surroundings clean, plant trees and absorb social skills and decency, we can be ready for industry with the attitude of industriousness.

India with an emmence manpower especially the youth is gifted with greatest resource the "human resource". We had a GURUKUL method of learning, which slowly vanished. In Gurukul method, moral/ practical /educational aspects of life were imparted. At present only focus being educational part and the other two going into the background. The objective of Educational Institutions is to mould a child into a good person and to train a child to find an occupation according to her/his like

Curriculum must be prepared as per the requirement of industries and employment sector. Moreover, proper evaluation and continuous assessment is necessary otherwise institution may turn merely into degree producing factories. The objective of learning should be utilization of knowledge and skill to fulfill the requirements of the society so that our youth may face real-life challenges successfully.

sir my view is that we see there are so many ragpickers roaming here and there on railway station, bus stands, bagging for food and money inside the train and in the market.it should be stopped.my view is that ragpickers who are below the age of 18 years indian railways should trained them related to swaach bharat abhiyan and after the completion of 18 years admitted them in swacch bharat abhiyan movement and pay a reasonable salary to them by which they get good living.

Reservation Policy. India is a country where children gets privileged for their ancestor's timidness in standing against odds. That's why better minds are migrating to U.S.A, where there is no casteism or Caste-politics, where only merit prevails. And then our PM visit to these people in USA asking for investments in India. What an irony. Reservation in admission, Fees Subsidies, Reservation in jobs (quota, age relaxation, minimum marks required), Reservation in promotion.
