I support PMs view of foreign investment on technology and infrastructure development. I am concerned about if we don't make equivalent efforts in educational development, we will end up making ourselves dependent on other and will never be able to develop at equivalent pace in future. As in case of our Fighter plans we have invested huge amount in buying plans but we have a very less colleges for aeronautics which have achieved something equivalent of to international level.
