Employability of our students is a matter of concern. At the other end of the spectrum is need for greater investment in research. Industry academia linkages are essential to meet both these ends. While we have various efforts in this direction, these have not fructified as expected. We need to find out how and what is needed for a more fruitful partnering.

Practical knowledge is more important than theoretical knowledge. Practical knowledge should be necessary for all student of primary and post primary level. Govt should need to build more labs in govt schools to provide good practical knowledge to poor students.

Under CSR Industries should be compelled to adopt some institutions so as to bridge the gaps between academics and industry, which in turn will prove helpful for the students in getting employment and industries in turn will get the employees ready to explore as per their requirements.
