The issue of social access and equity are far too complex. While the gaps in average enrolments between disadvantaged groups like SC, ST, Muslims, girls and Children with special needs and the general population have decreased, there is still a considerably large gap in learning levels with historically disadvantaged and economically weaker children having significantly lower learning outcomes. Large and growing learning gaps threaten the equity gains achieved on the enrolment front because children with lower levels of learning are more likely to drop out. We need to examine current interventions in bridging the gender and social gaps and identify focused strategies for effective inclusion.

Modi ji i want to draw your kind attention towards girls higher education. In our country, girls education level is very poor than boys ,specially in higher level or research level,There for i request you to slacken eligibility 55% to 50% marks at PG level for doing phd or research like sc, st [50%] so that girls may get chance to go at higher level and may contribute in the development of the country .

With the present resources we can’t educate them all but what we can do is to literate them and provide them some basic outline of school subjects by primary education. After this we can choose whom to be awarded next level of education or whom should be droped at this level. And the same should be done for next level . Those droped on different levels should be provided vocational training according to their level to make them employable.....................continue
