The issue of social access and equity are far too complex. While the gaps in average enrolments between disadvantaged groups like SC, ST, Muslims, girls and Children with special needs and the general population have decreased, there is still a considerably large gap in learning levels with historically disadvantaged and economically weaker children having significantly lower learning outcomes. Large and growing learning gaps threaten the equity gains achieved on the enrolment front because children with lower levels of learning are more likely to drop out. We need to examine current interventions in bridging the gender and social gaps and identify focused strategies for effective inclusion.

Remove the SC/ST and OBC Tag from the children. Let them live a respectable life. At the school level, dont differentiate between boys and girls, children from advantaged and disadvantaged groups. Encourage the girls to come to school, and make schools a safer place for them. The output levels will surely turnout to be high.

politically speaking india has more poor sc/st's than rich ones thus limiting income criteria will not hamper vote bank...like you can make a slogan than "agar aapki income 10 lakh se kam h to mujhe vote jarur de" please implement "CREAMY LAYER" concept for sc/st.

There are identified groups which need attention of the govt. and we all know there is a creamy layer in sc/st group which is taking the whole chunk of reservation. As with this layer no matter how much money we pump in it will never reach to sc/st's of villages who are real left out groups so i request you all in power there to please consider financial limit to sc/st group and give only a part of total reservation to creamy layer rest larger part of reservation to rural sc/st candidates.

Inclusive education for specially abled children may take a great backseat if no fail policy is reversed. Will Need sp.exemption for kids if this policy is reversed. Need to start skill development for creating huge workforce of special educators. These teachers should be accesible to all and not to a niche few. Schools to have other therepist like speech,ot,physio, nurse as part of requirement to apply for license for new school. Use of technology must be promoted at low cost(tablets...)

I Personally prefer that Seats Should Not Be reserved for any one in this country, There Performance is all that matters. People Now don't care about cast nor does they discriminate anyone. Basically the thing is that People are misusing aarakshan. New India Modern India is all it matters now, People who will perform will get what they deserve. Your Cast must not get you seats But your Performance Should that what Equality is.

Education discrimination on basis of caste, quotas does not makes any sense.Person with open category with 90% fails to get admission while person with 45% some caste gets admission. We call this independence? This is how we talk about equality? Its TIME changes are made to caste reservation made in education.Admission should be solely based on merits.Fees waiver to needy people are cool.If this education reservation system continues, children with open category will start cursing their parents.

Respected Sir, It has been 69 years since independence and we feel it is time government changes it view on reservation for SCs, STs and Minorities. All indian should be treated the same and given the same opportunity to compete in the study, work and living space. Not prioritize some people over the others. The children not only special needs but all should still continue to get benefits from the government as they are the new generation of India. I am attaching some of the cartoon
