Dear Sir,
Kindly look into the matter of builders which handed over the Structural Defective buildings to the customers because of no strict quality checks from government authority. In this concern I suggest to engage government authority to check all the on going activity in projects which is developing by builder in remote areas.Actually on that point view ratings of builders decided.

It should be customer oriented
Unnecessary charge should be avoided by te builder.
Timely possession,if not than fine on builder. Refund policy should be there with the current market rates.
Govt should provide the guidelines to the builder that how much should be open space and for built up area and super built up area.
There are so many flaws right now

other countries deliever road and railway project in 6 month but our minister take one decade to delieve this project. i think we need to rank our minister with their delieveable not only for talking. this are very old minister and we need someone who can delieve in short time and know best technology avaialble in the world. making headline is the easiest task but deliever is the important

Railway minister and Road minister only talks and only made big big headlines but you can't see any progress or any project implementation. I think its time we should rank every minister by it's deliverable not on only talks. we have seen only headlines but not real implementation.
