The Third round of Smart City Challenge is started. In order to succeed in Smart City Challenge, once again WE need YOU! Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) proposes to re-engage with its citizens and community groups to give feedback and suggest improvements regarding the selection of the Area Based Development and Pan City with the overall draft Smart City Proposal so that it will help for revising the proposal for Round-3 of the Smart City Mission.

Your participation is important for us!

The draft proposal will be finalized and submitted to MoUD once the citizen feedback on the draft proposal is incorporated.

For a better understanding, a draft Smart City Proposal is attached which explains the Area Based Development and Pan City initiatives, which has been shared at the link given below.

Please share your ideas to make Pasighat – “a Credible Smart City”.

The last date to submit your suggestions / comments is 28th February, 2017.

Theft alarms and security technologies need to be adopted for residential and commercial areas Public toilets should be constructed which are clean and hygiene.

provide spacious green spaces within the city proposed! a clean and energy efficient pasighat would in itself be one of the factors to increase the tourism potential.

plan a well developed sewerage system for the town as well as a wwater supply.Also renweable sources of energy like solar and wind energy here are ample.Its time they should be utilized to the max.

Smart city Pasighat traffic system should be improve and roads are also not so well.. in rainy season the roads get overflow with water.
