, Respected Prime minister Sir,
In order to combat with poverty and malnutrition we have a plan , to plant thousands kinds of trees which provide fruits , vegetables , edible oil , timber for furniture etc. We can plant these trees and shrubs along (aside) the roads, canals ,rivers and streams and on the edges of the agricultural farms .This will provide a lot of employment and will also reduce the committing suicides by the farmers due to crop failure………….please read pdf in English,

Respected prime Minister Sir,We have some innovative ideas to solve the problem of power generation and the problem of drinking water and water for irrigation in order to provide 24 hour power to every house and water to every farm.
Provide water to Bhuvaneshwar by desalination of sea water and keep city clean by using many biodegradable plastics.

SOLVE THE FLYOVER-TRAFFIC PUZZLE FOR A SMART BHUBANESWAR
1. The traffic system is pathetic with wrongly placed gap on Road-Dividers.People block the road more than they drive.High-Tech enforcement much required.
2. The Fly-Over are very poor planned. Water get clogged on almost all newly built fly-overs. The entry and exit points block the traffic more than they intended to clear such as in CRP underpass & Acharya Vihar. Please plan it through a world-class agency supervised by centre.

The proposals for Bhubaneswar City are specific and address the subjects and issues discussed in previous MyGov events. Implementation of these proposals, specially the area based proposals for BTCD, will bring a change in city's character. Bhubaneswar seems to be a strong competitor in Smart City Challenge and it can be seen through the solutions proposed for various sectors.
