The city should be planned to check pollution from the vehicles now it self . Its better to improve public transporation and citizen friendly transportation rather than arriving at some inconvinent options as being seen in various countries and cities.

There are no proper signals in road connectivity, and most places are accident zones, so traffic signals are required. One way must be made to reduce the traffic. Area wise camera must be fixed to reduce the thefts.. to make city safe and secure. Green City Area boards to show the way.. No boards on the signals.. which road what where? Auto riksha can be reduced which makes no rules traffic with no knowledge of road... so more buses area wise of different class(AC and NON-AC)

Each area is funded based on measurement of its maintenance such as Air pollution/month, sound pollution, traffic, area cleanness, Garbage maintained etc. Comment box can be maintained in each area, Govt officials.. and it should be strictly managed. Footpath must be constructed at all the places. Divider between Hubli-Dharwad can be planted like NH4. Like Smart city, All Govt Officials, Hospitals, Universities etc can be smart.
