Best teachers come out of society when the teaching has a mission more than a professional requirements or money earning livelihood. The more clear mission is more important devoted to the cause. Teaching must adhere towards meeting practical needs and problems faced day to day. Clear comprehension, practical problem solving, real life issues, moral education, study skills Training has to be given to teachers directly while they sit in their houses through internet through online course material

We can introduce tablets in school. Nowadays tablets are available very cheap(not Apple and Samsung devices). We can give tablets which are only for education. Textbooks in e-book format could just be downloaded to the same device the next year. It will reduce the money spent on buying the books every year which certainly becomes a big value after let's say 10 years but when downloaded for free on that same device it may just cost Rs5000. It will reduce the weight of books the kids carry daily.

We have many government schools but I believe that the quality of education imparted is not up to the level which will help the children take on the world.We need to establish education standards like the US where free and quality education is imparted. Also when all students irrespective of their backgrounds come and study together, it will remove all barriers existing between our communities

I feel that to ensure the quality of teachers, the government could undertake a centralized teacher training and examination and based on the results they could be appointed from primary to secondary classes.

I would like you to make changes to the person who gives it the final touch, so that they are more precise, self explanatory, easy to understand and especially highlight those sentence which are very important.
