India was considered a teacher of world. Buddha destroyed the roots of suffering through his light of knowledge and spiritual bliss. This country should regain its lost status which it lost because of social evil customs, ignorance, societal divisions,cruel invaders, wars in the post medieval history. Teachers should be filled with motivation to fill students with positive action, pure nationalism, Gandhian philosophy and Patriotism,power of non violence, Brahmacharya,self reliance,non-addiction

Teachers should be selected on merit basis but not through influence. some teacher do not have the teaching techniques but the management/government appointing the teachers on influence so because of this the student get effected .

yes we are also agree with others that a teacher must get best salary according to his or her capability.

If we want best teachers, they must get them best salary.That way, we can get the best talent to groom our future generation.

Teachers in school should do only academic works.Babus need to be engaged to do the census,election works etc.

In professional colleges, priorities should be given to persons with industry experience to join as faculties with or without PHD. Absence of this is lowering the employability of the students.

In rural areas teachers should be given basic facilities like house-quarters, hospitals etc, otherwise who would go to villages? Teachers should get proper salaries.
