Vedic system of education is lost and so we are trying to home school our kids to prepare them for a balanced material and spiritual education after moving from US to India after 17 years. We are finding only NIOS to support our needs and NIOS is not recognized and many schools do not entertain NIOS students in secondary education. This needs to be fixed asap else homeschooling will become difficult. Also vedic education has died in India and current education is so much without life needs chang

My son Dhruv came back from US to Pune, India to join school in Pune in his 7th grade. He had no way of learning Hindi or Marathi in the US and hence he could not join any school but ICSE taking French and not sanskrit. Sanskrit must be made a second language available to all students in any board. Also, we were told the CBSE and ICSE board will harass the school principal saying how can student pick sanskrit over Hindi? the student is thus forced to take french. This is such a sorry state

instead of just making the students a book worm . try something which is worth for our nation . skills are the basic step of development so every children's must be given well training only on their own specific skill. whereas now everyone is learning a same course and search for same job . instead of that develop their skills and they are not in need of finding a job because they already are aware of what they are.

Dear Minister, A proposal to make LOGIC a subject of School Syllabus was tabled in the Lok Sabha on March 9 by Hon'ble MP from Shravasti, Shri Daddan Mishra. This is an EXCELLENT proposal. Logical Reasoning is used in every sphere of life and tested in most competitive exams. India has an ancient and proud tradition of Logic. It is a fundamental subject. No education can be comprehensive without it. Please consider teaching it in schools. Regards

At present mostly there are no +2 education in Villages. Only up to 10th standard available in Zilla Parashad Schools. +2 (intermediate) course available in Junior Colleges in cities captured by corporate managements. This leads to end up of rural students specially by girls by 10th standard. This should change. Up to 12th standard (CBSE) shall be ensured in the same school campus. After secondary school education it can be left over to continue higher education or not like in foreign countries.

In the primary classes craft can be made a medium of instruction.Various days such as parents' day, grandparents' day and other such days must call the presence of parents and grandparents and ethics can be taught in this way.To create crafts creative things can be reused, this would not create a rift between the rich and the poor students. The children can be taught about making of paper, about colors and various other things used to make the craft through it.
