Sir,in most of your speeches u talk abt youth. But actually skill lies wd the olders and they r not being used for training or skill development of youth.there is a huge gap where skilled person is not getting job n employers alwsys cry that they are not getting right people.we need to look at bridging this gap as well. A young retired armed forces officer is best suited to train youth gor various activities but he doesn't get job. What a mismatch between EMPLOYERS & EMPLOYEES.A retired officer.

When i see people with high academic qualification with Orthodox, parochial thinking (like supporting pardah system)it conforms me that there is something which is lacking in our education system and that is ethics. People like Rammohan Roy in 19th century was not juat able to come over such obnoxious thinking but also fighted for it. Recently upsc has introduced ethics paper in civil services is good move but it has limitation like age of candidate. So govt should introduce ethics at early age

There are many NGOs working in the area of school education, quality of teaching and evaluation system. Govt should involve them in the process and try to avoid religious and political bodies to interfere. With the help of few selected NGOs a national body can evolve suitable ways to improve concentration , thinking process, communication capabilities, burial of stage fear etc. The education needs to be made enjoyable for children instead of being a burden on their minds.

Now a days ,the teaching in schools has become so poor that no learning takes place. It is most important to involve students in teaching and learning process especially in middle school( 5th to 8th). Unless children learns the school curriculum well how can they absorb higher knowledge. We should work on different teaching methodologies. One way is to brief students about the day's topic and then ask them to read/ study on their own for 15 to 20 minutes and then presentation, discussion.

Character and morality are built on spiritual education. Most Western nations call themselves Christian. To India they preach secularism. The result: immoral and corrupt secular Indian society, world record in corruption. Minorities in India are teaching spirituality to minority children in schools. When it comes to Hindus, spirituality is debunked as communalism. So Hindu children grow up corrupt and create a corrupt India. Spiritual education for all in schools - according to their choice.
