Value inculcation can be best done by self-observation. As Albert Einstein put it: 1. Its foundation should not be dependent on myth or any authority, lest doubts about the myth or about the legitimacy of the authority imperil the foundation of sound judgement and action. 2. The approach: provoke the students to think independently and analyse their own life--its goal, various aspirations, the world-view--in a scientific manner, just as they are trained to analyse the world outside.

a) The new education policy should be based on the report of the International Commission on Education for the Twenty-first Century submitted to UNESCO. It is titled " learning : The treasure within" ( Ed J Delors). It clearly outline four pillars of education: Learning to Know, Learning to do, Learning to live together( learning to live with others) and Learning to be. These should form the basis of deciding specific learning outcomes of all tiers of education.

Based on your recent focus on traffic deaths, one suggestion–More emphasis on education in school level itself is required to all children in the topic- Basic Traffic rules and regulations and safety and road disciplines. The children will ask the parents not to break the traffic rules. We can request to the kids to make this slogan at home “Papa, we need you safely back home”. This slogan is applicable for parents to focus on health aspect as well inorder to quit smoking, drinking and drugs.

Instead of textbook oriented education (and scoring 100%), students should be taught life skills. This, accompanied by moral values and ethics only can help us get good citizens for this country. 1. Make school education affordable - irrespective of private/govt schools 2. Invest in school infrastructures - library, laboratory, playground etc. 3. Increase budget for online/virtual classrooms.

छात्रो को ज्यादा होमवर्क देना नही चाहीए, होमवर्क कम होने से छात्रो पर मानसिक दबाव कम होगा और छात्रो को खेल कुद के लिए समय मिलेगा ।
