LPG is a dominant cooking fuel of urban population and also, steadily penetrating in rural areas replacing other traditional sources of fuel which included fire wood, cow dung, coal, etc.

There are nearly 17 crore LPG consumers in the country with average refill of 35 lakh cylinders per day. The reach of LPG connections as well as providing timely services to the consumers has always kept in pace with the technological innovations. Provision of timely services and attending the grievances of the consumers continues to be critical for consumers’ satisfaction.

Available Web as well as Mobile phone based applications are extensively used to enable the new customers to get LPG connections and the existing customers to avail services. The Ministry has been taking all measures to leverage the Digital India initiative to make it more consumers friendly.
Presently, following citizen friendly services are being offered for the prospective and existing LPG consumers.

•Book Cylinder through IVRS -– allows consumer to book refill through their registered mobile number.
•Track Refill – It’s both Web and App based facility which shows consumer last 3 booking & delivery date
•Know Your Distributor –Web based facility provides distributor name, address, contact no , Sales officers name & email id
•Talk to Us – connects to call centre managed round the clock.
•Request for 2nd cylinder – allows consumer with single cylinder connection to request for additional cylinder.
•Mechanic Service – allows consumer to register request for mechanic service.
•Surrender connection – allows consumer to register request for surrendering connection.
•Rate your distributor – allows consumer to rate distributor on 5 service parameters, which enables the consumer to ascertain the quality of services provided by the distributor.
•Bank Detail – allows consumer to update Bank details for becoming Cash Transfer Complaint to avail the subsidy under ‘PaHal’ scheme.
•Opt out of Subsidy – provides option to ‘GiveItUp’ of LPG subsidy.
•Feedback Status – allows consumer to check status of any feedback submitted earlier

Ministry further wants to bring new innovations/improvement in services provided with an aim to enhance ‘quality’ of the services provided and transparency in transactions. Therefore, suggestions/creative inputs are solicited from the all the stakeholders on improving the services using communication platforms.

Delivery guys charge us more than the bill generated , since already the delivery will be in delay we don't have time or option to fight with the guy or with the agency .Arrange the cash flow structure in a different way , like prepaid account , or online payment. Any system or structure becomes obsolete once the refills reaches the agency, and then the delivery guy is another money eater.

LPG connection gets deactivated if the refill is not booked within 6 months. In case a subscriber is having PNG connection and uses LPG for Gas Gyser Normally, LPG refill for Gas Gyser is required in winters only which gets deactivated in summer. Hence this condition of having a refill in 6 months must be removed.

My father is 65year old not received in home delivery of his cylinder due to distributor not provide home delivery. we had also complaint many time in your tall free number 18002333555. Agency name AWADH BHARATGAS SERVICE (162090) Consumer no59564245 Please guide me for further solution, Distance between Agency and my father home is approx 5km (app. Five kilometer). Thanks.

I find difficult to pay electric bill in Bangalore due to long line. BSNL bill water bill, eclectic bill and other bills  are also big problem they need to be played in different website or place so please make a mobile app where I can pay my bill online easily. An ideal app needed where I can easily make monthly payments. If government cannot do it then at least give to company's like Paytm or freecharge.

provide the online or digital policy for payment of LPG gas bills instead of paying to delivery boys who demand more than the MRP of gas.

Mobile apps are a great source of achieving many things in less time e.g booking gas cylinders.We need to have more apps which could perform high end tasks in a user friendly manner suppose an app to file tax returns having an inbuilt functionality of calculating tax payable or linking to online experts who can sort out any query about tax returns or app as a e-ration card which will exit the use of paper cards.We must know the power of apps.There should be campaigns of app literacy among rurals

Sir There should be an app for the Railway department to get updates on the trains. Just like the cab applications where we get the instant updates about the cabs and its current location through the GPS systems. So that we can find out where the trains are and when it's gonna arrive at the station. And it's will be also useful for the person who is coming for the pick up he can find out where the train is before coming to the station. That's just an advice from a Civilian so i hope you'll respo

Sir subsidy came for only three months and it stopped suddenly. When we asked the agency they are not giving proper reply. Need to take steps whether it is reaching all who needs it properly without anybody looting it in-between.

There are many banks which still have PPF account which is not online . I think only SBI allows online PPF account. I think making PPF account online will help a lot of people more comfortable investing in it.
