The man who taught us that In a gentle way, you can shake the world, beginning his new innings with his 150th birth anniversary. He has left the legacy of teachings of morality, self-sufficiency, forgiveness, non-violence and satyagraha, etc behind him. Now, as the world is rapidly developing and growing in different dimensions , there are some areas which needs to be concerned for sustainable and inclusive development .

With these pedagogies in understanding, Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti invites you here at this digital platform for an open and free flowing discussion where you can share and discuss your valuable ideas.
These ideas can be further utilized by Samiti in conducting different programmes dedicated to mark the 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi.

Mahatma Gandhi, the name is itself worthy of it. Mahtma or 'mahan aatma' , a person whose soul is pure, white, filled with love, kindness and sympathy. The one who sweats for the betterment of the people, to uplift them, to nourish them, and to show them thw way of life.....such was gandhiji who dedicated his entire life for the nation, for its land, for its people, for its future. so lets set in the journey to make his dream of india, a clean india, a strong india and a peaceful india

गांधी जी ने सब चीजों में सत्याग्रह दिखाया पर भारत के दो हिस्से होने में सत्याग्रह नहीं दिखाया| हमारे पहले प्रधानमंत्री जवाहरलाल नेहरू और पाकिस्तान के पहले प्रधानमंत्री मोहम्मद अली जिन्ना जब लड़ रहे थे प्रधानमंत्री बनने के लिए, तब भारत के दो हिस्से हो गए थे| महात्मा गांधी जी ने यह होने दिया| अगर वह यह नहीं होने देते और जवाहरलाल नेहरू को प्रधानमंत्री नहीं बनाते और सरदार पटेल को प्रधानमंत्री बना देते, तो भारत दुनिया का सातवा सबसे बड़ा देश नहीं होता और पाकिस्तान बार-बार भारत को परेशान नहीं करता

Gandhi hai woh naam jo na kabhi mita aur na kabhi mitega, Gandhi hai woh khushboo jo bharat ki har kan mein hai basa, Gandhi hai woh himmat jo har pal sath hai, Gandhi hai india, aur har Gandhian hai indian, JAI HIND

Most of us know of Gandhiji as the man who led our struggle for freedom from British rule. But did you also know that while fighting for political independence, he was also wanting to prepare the people for a new and just social order so that Independence, when it came, would be "complete". In other words, his was a struggle for Poorna (or complete) Swaraj for all irrespective of their caste, class or religion.
