Encourage Students to learn from MOOCs( massive open online courses) having video lectures world wide universities like MIT etc. This learning needs to be recognized by Govt & industries at par with formal full time with no less salary. 2) Ask schools/ Colleges to have every month mandatory industrial trip like Dam, power grid, food processing, virtual reality, forensic labs, radio stations, aircraft maintenance division, retailing, warehouse, packaging, earthmovers, water recycling, garbage treatment, garment factory, road survey/development, fire station, telescope observatory, conceptual astronomy, applying mathematics/statistics equation for problem solving like population forecast, price forecast, inflation, etc. 2) Tie up with local manufacturing to provide internships/trips during vacations. 3) Visits to Technical Festivals of different Engineering &Science colleges.

We can encourage the students to be more active towards their nature and inspire to be bring up solutions to take risks with ideas. Knowledge should be made more practical like studying about projectile motion in class 11 in copies will be much more better to see it in practical. Every year once in a while we can have a competition or exhibition explaining the uses of science so that more awarness can be created in the filed of science.

Namaskar sir The real innovative idea to unearthing the skills among the young students and aspirants is great, and very informative. The reach out about the programme to the students who educate in the government schools and colleges can be enhanced , by bringing the all schools under one cloud matrix so that the updates can reach the Heads of the schools and colleges. The most talented students need to guided in this regard.

I HAVE A VISON FOR OUR COUNTRY BHARAT Let's begin with WATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 1. WATER DESALINATION PLANT : This system can be used in part of country where water is lower quantity. 2. WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM: In today's era we must install the state of the Art water treatment system for sewage and industrial polluted waters. Also we can have a benefit from sewage water is this, it releases high amount of Methane gas which can be used as a fuel for gas powered turbine and produce enough steam to rotate a Turbine for power. This power can be used by WATER treatment plant itself and surplus energy can be distributed through a power grid. 3. WATER EJECTION SYSTEM: In this stage water is transferred to another state or ejected directly to the sea through massive pipes. As an option this water can be stored as a reserve for future purpose. 4. WATER FUEL EXTRACTION SYSTEM: In this process hydrogen and oxygen is separated. Which can be used for medical and space application.
