About IISF 2021

India International Science Festival (IISF) is an initiative of Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Earth Science of Government of India in association with Vijnana Bharati which is a science movement with swadeshi spirit lead by eminent scientists of the country.

The main purpose of IISF is the celebration of science . Engagement of common people with science in a joyful and entertaining manner is essential for the healthy, prosperous and meaningful life. Through its creative programs and activities, IISF provides opportunities to people and scientific fraternity in the country and abroad to come together, work together and experience the joy of doing science for the wellbeing of India and humanity

1) Encourage Students to learn from MOOCs( massive open online courses) having video lectures world wide universities like MIT etc. This learning needs to be recognized by Govt & industries at par with formal full time with no less salary. 2) Ask schools/ Colleges to have every month mandatory industrial trip like Dam, power grid, food processing, virtual reality, forensic labs, radio stations, aircraft maintenance division, retailing, warehouse, packaging, earthmovers, water recycling, garbage treatment, garment factory, road survey/development, fire station, telescope observatory, conceptual astronomy, applying mathematics/statistics equation for problem solving like population forecast, price forecast, inflation, etc. 2) Tie up with local manufacturing to provide internships/trips during vacations. 3) Visits to Technical Festivals of different Engineering &Science colleges. 4) Give team exercises to explore ways to solve their locality problems. 5) Dynamic curriculum, remove outdate

Save energy in effective manner, like saving conventional sources of energy (coal, petrol, diesel) by alternative sources of renewable energy sources like solar,Ev vehicles,water as fuel consumption vehicle...etc
