There can be two aspects of rural tourism. One is pilgrimage & other is nature. We have very beautiful temples but they are surrounded by shops & can’t see the beauty. e.g. Omkareshwar on hill - if hill developed with garden & trees it can become big attraction. And shops can be shifted to nearby areas but temple should be visible. Another aspect is infrastructure. On holidays people look for comforts & are ready to spend. Clean & hygienic environment with safety & privacy.

Make a connection between lakes, ponds with river water and make it green every rural area to become more wealthier. If it happens then by default rural area and surrounded area will grow by nature. So More organic foods will develop. Encourage drama and cultural activities in rural schools.

I think the best way to improve torousim in rural areas is to create the curiosity and that motive behind visiting villages .This can be seen useful in way we go to Taj Mahal for its beauty we have been hearing about since long. This step can start from school children by telling them the beauty of villages and they will surely try to do their best for improvement in villages because it is not only government to participate in its development,we first have to begin the journey.

Ideas below -
1. Cleaning should be utmost priority
2. Plantation is most - Green village
3. Plant some small scale industry e.g Khadi units
4. At least one high class temple with stay facility
5. House walls should have beautiful painting on it
5. Govt. should create profile for each tourist who would earn some points when they visit identified places. Later these points can be encashed to certain limit or can be provided some benefit in return of these points

Villages are the heart of India,So, to achieve this government should :-
1. Invest money to make the beauty of villages which creates enthusiasm in the visitors.
2. Improve electrical and transportation , Education conditions of villages.
3. Hire local contractors to take care of the visitors.
4. Take this business online and promote it on social media.

Every rural villages have pond and many of have river sites and also many of have temple near pond as that is all reflecting our ancient nature or culture which make us different from world. Therefore, we can explore all our relations between nature and livelihoods. Also we celebrate many of festivals in which we do worship of plants, animal etc. That is all, can present in front of world. We can select any of appropriate Villages for this purpose.

Agriculture is the backbone of India. And where does agriculture take place? Villages. Tourists like to visit places which are beautiful. Therefore villages must be beautiful and hygiene. Villages can have resting places. Villages should have all the basic amenities. A village should be a village. It should never become a city
RURAL INDIA, RISE AND SHINE FOREVER!!
THANK YOU.
