Hi I am AMIT and my opinions towards smart city are,
1 Instead of using sodium street lights we should use LEDs so it will reduce power consumption and reduce cost of maintenance also.
2 We should use sensors to operate this LEDs so it will automatically turn on and off. so we can workers salary also the one who operate this...

Belgaum city must be well developed because it has shown too much growth in the last few years, and if will be one amongst the smart cities then the life style of the people will change.
