5) SMART TRANSPORT- As of now city radius is smaller bus transport is very convenient, we have seen saying that journey from place A to B takes lots of time. A survey is made and direct routs in less time should be made and daily pass system should be provided. AC Volvo buses from airport to industrial area stated. Facilities in satellite bus stop should be like airport passenger shelter, parking, and basic needs, if possible top floors can be used for commercial space.

4) SMART ELECTRICITY- underground cabling provided an application where by RR No as login id, information like billing, usage, due date, etc. customer use and pay through online. Smart meter box is made such that it can give a bill receipt at box itself like ATM machines. For street solar lights is used and a common solar panels is installed for easy maintains

Using of GPS made compulsory for all vehicles or an application on mobile and information is uploaded by traffic departments. Next is to make separate lanes for 4 and 2 wheelers. And some of the traffic signals like dharmveer sambhaji chowk, channamma signal, near CBT, underpass road are to be made and railway overhead bridge is made extended beyond signal. Such that free signal roads

3) SMART TRAFFIC CONTROL – To control traffic diverted routes must be used, by using GPS system if traffic is increased then certain diverted places a big screen on which information like use of diverted roots must be provided.

Near onion market a multi story building is constructed, where ground floor is used for markets and 1stand 2nd floor as parking. Restriction time for unloading for heavy vehicles in city market, Colleges are not allowing students to keep their vehicles inside the college campus.

2) SMART PARKING –compulsory basement parking for building is provided. For every street in market area a parking place is made and parking beside roads is removed and compulsory vehicles parked in parking lot. And parking lot must contain toilets.

In city market CC roads are provided, both side of the road a precast double box like structure is made and inserted on both side of road and one of the box is used for underground cabling works, a box as medium and other box for water pipe lines. And above this there should be foot path and foot path is made from removable precast slabs.
Cameras are provided in roads to maintain over speed, and all the new roads are made by recycle material like plastic road, etc

D) URBAN MOBILITY –
1) ROADS- As city is growing at faster rate, we need an outer ring road and it should connect industrial area, NH4, airport then heavy vehicles can be diverted. Then inside the city some of the places need flyover. Like for 3rd gate and existing railway bridge must be doubled, near ramdev ,CBT, channamma circle

C) REUSE OF NATURAL RESOURCE- As there is lots of natural resource solar panels should be installed on every bus stand roof, industries roof top, ware houses, Govt offices, commercial building, school and colleges. And outside city at different places solar plantation is made, wind turbines are provided and up to 50% of energy used from natural resources

B) WASTE WATER MANAGEMENT - As in city some of the places UGD is provided and some of the area it’s not present. Even rain water is mixed in drainage line. First thing we need to make different lines as drainage line and rain water line, second thing need to make lakes , As rain water line is made separately and moved to lakes or recharge pits so that ground water table is recharged. And can be used for other purposes. And sewage water is moved to treatment plant.
