"Progress is impossible without change"
Just like Mumbai has Mindicator,we can have an app to know the bus timings,Bus stops and taxi/auto fares. This app can also contain info about the Govt offices Timings and respective authorities
Buses should have proper naming or numbers,Each and every bus stop should have a name which would help the new comer.
Compulsory queue formation on each and every bus stop, also one way entry into the buses.
Skywalk from ambedkar garden to college road is must.

Belagavi is truly eligible for smart city. It is a very unique city with mix of various cultures, which exhibits Unity in Diversity.
Some of my suggestions for Smart city Belagavi are
1. Develop ring road.
2. Modernization of Government Hospital and invite large private hospitals to start in city.
3. Transparency in Administration and Law and Order.
4. Parks at every area and green zones inside the city.
5. Proper Traffic Management.
6. Create Job Oppourtunities

Belgaum should have IT parks as large mass of crowd migrates every year to Bangalore for jobs,as this can even help in getting back the migrants from the past n relieving Bangalore from getting over crowded
This would also make money flow in our city so as to creating many opportunities for many more business, simultaneously we should also concentrate on the infrastructure and the policies so as to create a favourable atmosphere for organisations
We need to create good facilities for visitors.
