How can we justify such initiatives which amount unfair and unequal distribution of development in AP ? Time and again Hyderabad Model which proved wrong but not drawn lessons. There is no meaning of all 3 premier institutes like IIT,IISER and IIIT at same place. This leads to serious imbalances in the State and again ignite regional in-fights like Andhra & Telangana. HRD Minister please stop any more Central Institutes to APCM Home District CHITTOOR .Please save Andhra Pradesh with fair treatment

Applying for govt exam fees also descriminates which makes poor general category student with gud merit to loose hope and he will avoid to apply. the other category student who has less merit will get the job by paying less fee in quota system and with less knowledge he serve the work which decrese in quality of work and hence leads to disaster. Hence Reservation in Bharath to be removed which descriminates people mentally.

Regional disparity can be removed by setting up 100 new Central Universities, one each for a crore population, across the country. These universities should focus on local culture and skills. The curriculum has to be innovative ans should have regional flavour. Medium of education should be local language. Each university should have a world class sports stadium to cater to games played in Olympics. There should be inter-university sports events each year.

Cause for regional Disparity?: More because of current cultural importance to such education or the perceived demand of people in that locality. If education would benefit a region and yet people there are not seeking it, then we can run pilots to give a taste of it to people in that region and if they like it, we can create the necessary infrastructure for delivering that in a sustainable manner, which is now significantly easier to create even from scratch owing to technology availability.
