Aspiration level of the Rural area students are very high. They are also equally talented like Urban students. Rural education institutions should also be provided with ICT enabled teaching facilities, Better infrastructural facilities, Library and Audio visual rooms. Good resource persons who could guide the rural children internationally are also essential.

Govt should look into the issues of deficient education in rural areas. Problem areas are teachers truancy and infrastructure. A mechanism should be put in place where these problems are checked. Perhaps, govt assistance including salary should be linked to performance of students and enrolment.

Contents & syllabus of all state boards must be same.
Each state should be allowed to make modifications only in regional language subject but other than it syllabus of all subjects for secondary & higher secondary education must be same.
There must be centralized examination paper system like ICAI,ICSI etc. to avoid paper leaks like Bihar & UP.
When syllabus of all state become same then students studied anywhere in any India have same rating which avoid discrimination happened in study.

In higher education the curriculum should be framed in regional official language. Because, most of the students of many of the states, like Assam come from the vernacular medium. Now a days, students prefer to learn in English medium school which is destroying our indigenous culture and national feelings. Therefore Govt. should take serious initiative in translation and should develop proper and scientific plan to indianize the higher education.

USA richest nation in the world, there in school students are issued school books at the time of admission to new class and when student passes that class the school books are taken back so that other students may get a chance to read them at very nominal charge and sometime free of cost also.
Here in India students are forced to buy new books and notebooks even covers and dress every year and its compulsory from the school because school admin gets heavy commission from sellers Its Shame
