An under developed state can grow faster when it attracts investment by giving tax breaks & cheaper inputs, provides faster clearances by reducing paperwork, creates jobs by encouraging entrepreneurship & risk taking, and prevents brain drain by retaining local talent to bolster its own economy.

Dear Sir, in order to improve the quality of life in under developed regions, better road connectivity & healthcare are required. To uplift an under developed state, the most important things are high paying jobs (which are commensurate with level of achievement) & professional education such as medicine, engineering, management etc. Last but not the least, promises must be backed by execution on the ground.

Create more colleges. Participation of socially disadvantaged students in higher educational institutions can only be ensured by universal social security measures. Lower participation of students is not out of a lack of interest or capacities, but is a reflection of familial economic and social positions. Financial support must be given for tuition, hostel and for other expenses for all social and regional unempowered groups.
