Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment ...

Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year.”

Section 131 of the Motor Vehicle Act indicates that “Every driver of a motor vehicle at the approach of any unguarded railway level crossing shall cause the vehicle to stop and the driver of the vehicle shall cause the conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person in the vehicle to walk up to the level crossing and ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side and then pilot the motor vehicle across such level crossing, and where no conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person is available in the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall get down from the vehicle himself to ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side before the railway track is crossed”

However due to non-following of relevant rules by the road users, many accidents are occurring resulting in loss of precious life  at unmanned level crossings.

Suggest solutions for reducing accidents at unmanned level crossings.

rail karmchariyoke liye ek total quality management (TQM ) jaisa ek abiyan suru karna chahiye jisse ki koi bhi karmacharine agar kuch acha work kam kahrche me kuch kam kiya ho to use ek form ke sath fill karke uske evidence de aur certificate aur amount sarkar ki tarf se gift le jisse ki aur logo me bhi kam kahrche me accha kam akrne ki ummid nirman ho aur takau se tikau chije tayyar ho.

Sir, Since more than 30 years, it is observed that there is only SINGLE TRAIN on Vadodara-Ratlam-Bhopal route i.e. Somnath-Jabalpur Express. (Earlier, it was Sabarmati Exp.). There is weekly train but it does not serve more purpose. I request additional daily train between the above route for ease of passengers. The above train remains crowded and one can not get reservation even a fort-night ago. The rush of passengers are high on this route and hence the need.

create highways both sides of the tracks.....industrial areas approachable from these highways (far from residential areas).....and sports tracks on both sides of rivers...

the tragedy of unmanned level crossing killing masses, exposes the negligence of Indian Railway in eliminating such crossing. many lives were lost when a train collides with a car at an unmanned railway crossing.the media specially the television news that dominates the news scene,not questioning as tormenting as this mishap, that occur with unfailing irregularity, helps authority to continue being irresponsible. in this case the Indian Railway.

Sir there are many issues to be resolved. Kyun India may females k towards rape cases, harassment cases, assault cases itne badh rahe hai? being a girl am feeling very unsafe in my country. Why is all this happening sir? Kya koi strict law nahi banaya ja sakta in criminals k khilaf? Jabse ye rape cases k khulase hokar media may aa rahe hai, inki amount kum hone k badle badhti ja rahi hai. Hum ladkiyo ko bhi ladko ki taraha azad jeeneka haq hai na sir. It is a kind request sir. Plese kuch kariye.

sir mein railway ki saaf safai ke upar kuch kehna chahta hu... sir aapne metro ke station dekhe hoge. ek dum saaf. agar hum indian railway station pur CISF kee security ko lagaye. or jo bhi insaan railway station ganda karta hai.. us pur fine ya penalty lagiye jaye. sir fine or penalty bhi jabi possible hai jab station pur cisf ke jawan hoge. otherwise police man ki koi nai sunta.
