Since its launch barely a week back the group has seen more than 48,000 members. The members hold discussion on two topics – Through sound and innovative policies, how can we achieve both development and a clean environment? Can only Government mitigate the menace of climate change or is public participation the way ahead?

Improving the current literacy rates requires serious effort and what better way to get started than initiate discourse and take feedback from the people of the country itself! With an aim to study the discussions and ideas to improve girl child education in the country, whether it be facilities or economic assistance, the 'Girl child Education' group on MyGov provides the platform for the necessary debate. The objective of this Group is to prepare a policy framework and gather suggestions that can help increase education among girl students and give them livelihood opportunities.

(1st) To turn the current tide with uptrend in hiring and new opportunities, the Narendra Modi Government is seeking people’s suggestions on policy reforms and ground level changes through 'Job Creation' Group. Since the launch, the group has witnessed more than 42,000 members voicing their concerns and suggestions regarding job creation in the country.

To create a nation of skilled citizens especially youth and encourage their active engagement with the Government for nation building, the MyGov site calls for suggestions on developing employable skills. The 'Skill Development' group seeks bold ideas, suggestions on concrete policies and initiatives to keep pace with the changing trends and help youth enter job market. Since the launch, more than 49,000 members have joined the group.

It is heartening to see 33,000 plus people join the group 'Clean India' created on the My Gov site MyGov.nic.in. The pragmatic suggestions of the group members ensure that the vision of Hon'able Prime Minister to create a 'Swachh Bharat' by the time India marks the 150th birth anniversary of Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi will be a reality.
