We need to identify existing aspirations in the District and channelise them to create ripple effect for transforming Aspirational Districts. The development of every village of these 112 districts is vital to our commitment to social justice.” Thus, it was clear to all that ADP was a bold attempt to reduce the inter-state and inter-district variations in development by adopting an evidence-based policy making approach driven by real-time data.

The district administration of Khammam in Telangana, in association with scientists of Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) in Wyra have recommended the use of dry converted wet rice as an alternative method to transplanted rice to overcome shortage of water and labour scarcity.
